I had some front end work done on my truck a few months ago and the problem reappeared. Chris and team took the truck back and replaced the parts under warranty, at no charge, I just had to wait for the replacement parts to arrive. What a pleasant surprise! They stood behind their work.

These folks went out of their way to make sure my problem noise was taken care of... and didn't fix what wasn't wrong! The issue might have been a U-joint, but was diagnosed as a muffler/ exhaust system problem. They quoted me for replacing the system, and since the vehicle is older I OK'd it because I wanted to be sure it will pass the smog test when due in a few months. But they didn't replace the whole system (which they could have done and charged me for)-- and only charged me for the faulty part replacement. I appreciate their honest work and fair value for the necessary repair. They saved me several hundred dollars! Thank you Import Auto - you have my highest recommendation!

Thoughtful mechanic! Brought him some LED headlights I wanted installed and we discussed it and he opened box and read information; looked over headlights and said they were good ones. I asked him what if these are not better than the light already in car ? He put in one side and we turned on lights and compared old headlight to new one. So much better. I was so happy to have new white bright headlights that improved my night driving. Very fair price and he took time to think about, discuss and install. I will take my car here for next service. One other service rep at dealer told me if I put them in I would cause damage to car's electrical system because they were not Toyota brand parts; another place said the headlights I brought them were inferior (even thought they were rated in the top three of every review or article I read on the subject). Their brand was not mentioned in any of the reviews I read. I got them installed at Import Auto Service for 1/3 the cost of that shop. Tim, at Import Auto Repair, debunked the theory that the new lights would cause problems with real information.
